Assign uploaded images to filesets

Permalink Browser Info Environment
To complete that unique feature of in-block-upload of images, it would be great if we could assign a fileset to images right after the upload process, as well as later on. As of version 1.0.1, we can choose a fileset to be added to the gallery block and also single image files, out of filesets, or with no fileset association, and we can also upload new images. That's pretty cool, but currently its not possible to assign newly uploaded images to existing or new filesets.

One would like to associate uploaded images to the same fileset (of images already assigned to the block), or, alternatively, to a new fileset. I think, this way one would have really all options for images associated to the Easy Gallery Block.

Yeah, multiple thumbnails selection would also be great for removing multiple files at once from the gallery block.

What about doing like so:

1) Add a checkbox (next to the "properties" and "move" icons that become visible on mouseover) to select the thumbnail.

2) Let each selected thumbnail have a border that indicates that the thumbnail is selected.

3) Provide a dropdown field to select filesets in the advanced options area (and label it something like: "Assign fileset to selected images").

4) Clear the selection indicator (border) automaticly after fileset association is done.

One problem i see is, just to avoid messing up everything, - how will we know, what fileset an image is already associated with? Maybe from the properties dialogue - which would be nice anyway, but maybe causing to many DB queries?
