Various Requests: Caching / Fancybox tweak

I have been doing a lot of tweaking to refine the gallery for my site. It is great but there are a few things in addition to the requests I made before
- CACHING - I realise the gallery doesnt work correctly with masonry resizing and narrowing to 1 column on mobile if "CSS and JavaScript Cache" is enabled in the caching settings for a site. I always enable these so it is a shame. Must be a problem? Or I am wrong?
- FANCYBOX 2 SCROLLING - My client is very perceptive and noticed that Fancybox 2 is able to scroll on mobile and IOS devices. I have investigated. It seems recongized problem in forums but I could get none of the fixes to work. I spent ages. Any ideas?
- ACTIVE FILTER STATE - asked before just putting on this list, would be excellent.
- ALLOW SCROLLING GESTURES - again a client request, good point though.
I have made few CSS tweaks that work a bit better, tiny but hey.

I downloaded Supermint to look at what you are doing. Would you consider making a stand alone Page List Template that is Ajax filterable that we can buy in the addons store. C57 needs it and you seem like you could do it with your eyes shut?
I also changed out the loader to the attached as it looks a bit pixelated and cheap and could be smarter
