Anchor Titles contain the image title, description and html

Permalink Browser Info Environment
Let me start by saying great Add-on firstly, I've come across an odd problem when viewing the carousel with Lightbox's title and description's turned on. When you hover over an image, you have the option to show either (a.) the Title of the image. (b.) the Description of the Image. Or both.
The problem occurs when i check the box "Display Title in Lightbox" it tries to wrap the title attribute in <b> bold tags. Unfortunately it's done incorrectly and instead simply inserts the html in the title attribute like so:
<a href="/image/whatever.png" title="<b>My Image title Here</b><br />">

Which ultimately just displays in plain text as: <b>My Image title Here</b><br />

I was wondering if this a small bug or maybe a faulty installation problem? Either way i just wanted to see if anyone has an official remedy for such a malady
