Duplicate photos and bullets not switch

Hi!

I have 2 problems:
1. When I load pictures from computer, pictures display on lightbox 3 or 2 times. I can't load from files at all.
2. Bullets not switch to next view - it is a link to photo - it display one photo on the same card.

I attach screenshots with settings.

1. When simple lightbox is on and Items Title and Items Description is off, photos in lightbox are duplicate (4 copies of 1 photo).
2. When you click on bullet, it don't change view, but display one of photo.
3. And I can't load photos from files - it show error: "You must select an image file only" - but i choose jpeg.
