FAQs

Q: Can the photo be updated, or do you have to re-enter the product information and delete the old version of the product?
A: For eCommerce Express you would have to delete the item and re-enter it but if you have the eCommerce Express Bulk Product Manager installed you can manage the items via the Dashboard interface and you wouldn't need to input the items again.

Q: Can the list of products created in the Product Manager be used in the eCommerce Express Product List block from the basic eCommerce Express add-on?
A: Unfortunately that would not be possible however this add-on has it's own block called eCommerce Express Product List with Search Functionality which serves the same purpose as the original block but has more features and is easy to manage.

Q: Does the Bulk Product Manager support bulk imports from a file .txt.xls etc
A: As of now this is not available. And we are still working to upgrade our add-ons to 5.7 so this feature might still be added later but we do offer paid customisation. Just send us a PM.
