Quick question for you.
I am looking at several e-commerce solutions and just wanted to ask if this product can handle more than one product attribute, e.g. Size, Colour, Style...etc
I could only see space for one in your screen grabs so thought I best ask.

That's a good question. Yes it can handle multiple attributes just concat them with pipe.
