Refund Request - Needs More Capability for Customization

Permalink Browser Info Environment
From reading previous requests for refunds, I see that you typically refuse to refund unless the addon simply isn't working which is a disappointing refund policy. This is my first ever Concrete5 site, and we found the addon unusable for our needs, one of the biggest problems is that there are so few IDs on the divs in the form, etc. that I'd have to go in and completely change the code to do the simplest things like restyling it to look better on the page, or what we most needed to do which was hiding the shipping selection (which due to the inability to configure rates for domestic vs. international, we have to handle on the PayPal side of things). This field does not display properly either on my Chrome browser. We wanted to test on the sandbox, but this seems to not be wired up properly and we just get errors about the invoice having already been processed so it never finishes an order. At that point my client decided to just go with normal PayPal buttons instead.

Hi

We do a very good job describing exactly what the add-on does using text, images and walk through videos. The styling can be achieved in many different ways without using the ID. That ID is usually given by C5 to manage elements. So with that said, you are not eligible for a refund.
