Hi
Was really looking forward to using this addon on our site, but I purchased this on Saturday then upgraded our site to C5 5.7 on Sunday and unfortunately see that this addon is not compatible with 5.7.
I'm really sorry for the inconvinience, but can I request a refund please?
Keep up the good work.
Many thanks,
Anthony

Formal Refund Request: Please grant me a refund for the license assigned to this support request.
Hi Anthony,
Please keep in mind our marketplace listing is very clear about the versions of C5 that it's compatible with. There are currently no "clean" upgrade path options from 5.6 to 5.7, so I'm not sure how you did that - I'm guessing it would have been a clean install or perhaps just migrated basic content.
There are zero add-ons in the marketplace that are compatible with both 5.6.x and 5.7.x due to the hugely different code architecture. And out of the hundreds of add-ons for 5.6.x, relatively few exist for 5.7.x yet, so you will likely find a lot of extended functionality (outside the core) is missing.
I personally haven't built any sites using 5.7 yet as I'm waiting for the 3rd party developer support to improve. My suggestion is to stick with 5.6 for now. With that in mind, please confirm if you'd like to go ahead with the refund or if you will still use the license (even on another site)?
Regs,
JB
