No Support on a critical problem

I requested support with regards to my client's payfast payment setup. The payfast gateway would update the orders on my clients website to "Paid" once payment was received, but only with a cash sale. The payfast gateway would not update my clients orders on his website if a Credit card was used. The status of the order would remain "payment incomplete" even though my client had the payment in his Payfast account already. I requested the support on the 23rd of December 2013, it is now the 22nd of January 2014. I understand that I asked for support over the festive season but many companies have been back at work since the 9th of January. So obviously they do not provide support.

Hi

We have tested and find no problem with the extension.

Can you confirm that you have set the Transaction Type to "Sale"
in the PayFast Settings in the dashboard.

Setting this to "Authorization" will result in the Order Marked as pending.

Regardless of the type of payment ie. credit card, eft, payfast credit etc.. payfast send the same response back to the system on a successful transaction or on a cancelled transaction.

We would like to help get this sorted for you,
please send me logins to the backend so that i could take a look at whats going on.
