Cannot Find The Email Field on Products

My client sells training courses and have around 130 products. The special instruction emails were sent to the end-users without any problems last semester. My client updated the products for this semester themselves but we now find that the area where you set the special instruction email is no longer on the Product Setup page. Please see the image attached. I need to fix this for my client as they are already sending out new orders for this semester. Can you please provide some ideas of how to get this field back. They already had emails set for all of their products and they are all gone now.

OK Sorry for the series of questions. I have finally gotten to the bottom of the problem. It seems that the person at my client who updated the products this semester decided (in their wisdom) to delete the product attribute "Additional Message on Order". Hence the email field and all of the previously created custom email have now disappeared. I have re-created the attribute with the handle "product_additional_message" and the blank email creation field is now showing in the product settings page. They will have to go through all of the products and re-create the custom email message again.
