The Netherlands only uses IDEAL and this is easy to make it work with addons such as Snipcart.
It would be nice if IDEAL was compatible with snipcart! :)

It is up to Snipcart which payment gateways they implement and provide, new gateways can't be enable for Snipcart through the use of an add-on.
So this is something you'd need to contact Snipcart about and see if they are interested.
