Enlil Transparent Content provides transparent templates for:

Select a template by color/transparency level and the page/area background color or image shows through.

Enlil Transparent Content also provides templates to make actual content transparent on top of a custom background image or color.  Just select a transparent "BLOCKNAME ##" template and integrate your custom background image or color through the add design dialogue.

As a bonus, if you also have Magic Data installed, all [%TOKENS%] within any of the templates will be processed!!
