SAVE button is not functional
Permalink Browser Info Environment
I have an Extended Form that I am trying to update the data for a dropdown box.
After making the change, and then choosing Save Changes, that part seems ok.
But then when I click the Blue "Save" button to complete the save and exit the Extended Form editor, nothing happens.
I can see when I hover over the Save button that the browser identifies an associated ink as
But it doesn't seem to accept the click action.
Can you tell me what is going on or how to fix it? I have tried this using Firecfox, Chrome, and from within the work environment and also on my home PC, and the behaviour is the same everywhere.
Cheers,
Stephen

Having a similar issue with an Extended Form install,,,
In addition to what vwa describes, we're seeing a pop-up rendering in the upper left-hand corner of the browser window that says
"Please fill out this field"
All compulsory UI fields have been completed.
Would love your insight on this.
Thank you!

Hello DeWebmakers
Realize that we never heard back from you on this, and we're still having trouble editing our form.
Can we get some help on this?

I am experiencing the same issue.I can't save changes, and it seems a JS problem, I've resorted to create the form from scratch but is far from an ideal situation. Look forward to hearing from you.
I'm having the same issue. Any progress on this problem?
Hi,
I can't recall fixing this...
Can you check and see if you are overwrting the default jquery file or the jquery ui?
And is there some sort of error in the console?
Best,
Corretje

I am also experiencing this issue.
After adding the Google ReCAPTCHA keys, I tried to save but receiving an error.
On Firefox, I get a "Please fill out this field" message but all fields are filled out.
On Chrome, nothing happens on when I click Save, but I see the message at the bottom of the broswer window.
javascript:clickedButton = true;$('#ccm-form-submit-button').get(0).click()

Hi,
I'm not able to reproduce this issue. So can't help you out.
Seems like a javascript error to me, but I can't help out this way.
I need someone with this issue and need C5 login details and FTP-details.
Note: I recommend that you use the Formidable add instead of Extended Form.

Sorry for the late reply.
Seems some kind of javascript issue. Do you still have this issue?
Thanx,
Corretje
