I really like the Extended form, but cannot figure out how to sort the fields.

If I have created a lengthy form, it would be nice to be able to add fields throughout the form, not just at the end. Is this possible? If not, could this be added to a future update?

I can't imagine I'm the only one who would benefit from this ...
