Side Bar Links When Clicked Doesn't Show Location on Map

When the links on the side bar are clicked the user is not taken to the location on the map. does anyone have any ideas why this is please?

Clear c5 cache and browser cache.
If it still isn't working send me the url... so i can see for myself.
