Feed not loading - possible error with https://connect.facebook.net/en_US/sdk.js

Permalink Browser Info Environment
Hi,

Our feed suddenly stopped working. We have now upgrade our site to 8.5.2 and also updated the facebook feed plugin to the latest version 2.0. We created a system user auth token (not sure what permission we are supposed to give - this isn't clear?) This is what we have from the facebook auth debugger:

Issued 1579114173 (12 minutes ago)
Expires Never
Data Access Expires Expired
Valid True
Origin Unknown
Scopes user_friends, read_insights, public_profile

We are getting no errors on the page and nothing in the logs but we are getting a javascript error:

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'configModule' of undefined
at window.fbAsyncInit (index.php?cID=1:243)
at a.__wrapper.a.__wrapper (sdk.js?hash=4afd0dee00e57ce34a3ff99b919df96f&ua=modern_es6:93)
at sdk.js?hash=4afd0dee00e57ce34a3ff99b919df96f&ua=modern_es6:160

Any ideas?

Hey,

Is it possible, that you use the old view in the new version? you need to add, at least the javascript part of the new view. you can also send me both of them and i can try to find a way to easy merge them. But first please try the new view without changing and when this is working we can go further.

Best regards

I'm using the standard view that comes with the package. To be sure I uninstalled the package and deleted the files. I then released the package from the project so I could manually download version 2.0. I uploaded this and did a fresh install. Still the same javascript error. I checked to see if there were any custom templates to choose from and don't see any. I also tried installing the package on a different test site with the standard Elemental theme on a different server to see if it would work. Still the same javascript error.

Sure, the live site ishttps://www.dundasoptometry.com... the feed is at the bottom of the home page. The feed block is on the left. The right feed is just a standard embed.

The test site with a fresh install is herehttp://testc58.blueprintagencies.ca/OneAmazingSite/testfb...

The strange thing is the error is not appearing every time on the live site. Also the auth token that I add in the block on the live site does not get remembered. Next time I edit the block the auth code is gone. The block on the test site keeps the auth code but still no feed.

He tells me: Malformed access token
I don't see an error, send me a mail and i try to send you a newer block, cause i remember some problems with hashing the token. info@lemonbrain.ch
