Featured Image won't show up

When we add the slider to a page, the text shows up, but the featured images won't show. All it shows are gray boxes where the images should be. What am I doing wrong?

Yes. I just tried it again with no luck. The images don't show up.
Could the attributes for our old feature slider be interfering with the new slider? Such as the attributes for featuring an image? I cleared out the cache to see if that would help, but we are still having no luck getting the featured images to show up on either slider.
