Hi is there away to have the slider make the pictures fit even if it needs to upscale a little bit.
It seems like it always shrinks the photos and makes them left adjusted so you see a dark grey background.

The script automatically resizes and crops the image to the exact dimensions (it cannot 'upscale' the image). So you need to make sure the original image is greater than 400px wide and 275px high.
