Adding Block to portfollio

Hi - could you tell me if there is a way to add a block to this system as I need to add a paypal cart block. I don't really want to add a detail page so need the ability to add a block to the listing section.

Its' a work for a developer. The best way is to duplicate fileset_portfolio template to a new custom template and embeding the code for paypal block. Ask the developer for the code.
