concrete5 form not working?

concrete5 own form is sending email as I can see in report section but for some reason is not notifying by email even tho the box has been ticked and everything seems right.... So my question is will your email notification work??

Hi there,

If you are not receiving notification emails through C5's original form, then most likely this is a server-side issue. You need check if your email settings are correctly configured on your server. Just installing Form Plus won't rectify this issue.

However, Form Plus provides additional features that are not available on C5's original form block.
