can Formidable be used to create an ebook optin form?

You can send an e-mail with attachment based on filled in information from a submitter. Every form can send different mails based on dependencies of form elements. In case of may PDF's (> 20), I shouldn't use Formidable. Al least not the default features of Formidable.
