form not sending on 8.3.1

testing the form in concrete 8.3.1 and it does not send. I have tried this in 2 different concrete5 8.3.1 installs in chrome and firefox. It also has a issue adding elements, just waits and you have to refresh for the element to finish.

Adding elements issue was resolved by updating the Symfony NativeSessionStorage.php.

It appears form is sending emails, but never goes to a confirmation.

I have the same issue on 8.3.2

This is the exception I get in the log if it helps you:
Exception Occurred: /home/hcg/public_html/packages/formidable_full/src/Formidable/Element/Emailaddress.php:50 strlen() expects parameter 1 to be string, array given (2)


** Update
The form will fail to send only if you add and field of type email to the form.

** Update 2
If I put a normal text field instead of email field, the form sends, but I get some unreadable text as an email response.
