InversePregQuote misses # symbol

Permalink Browser Info Environment
HTML fields that contain the # symbol are escaped when mailed because InversePregQuote does not transform this back when it's escaped with preg_quote. The list of symbols escaped is here:https://www.php.net/manual/en/function.preg-quote.php...

In version 2.1.3, this should be added to the array given to strtr:

'\\#'  => '#'
