Permalink Browser Info Environment
I am trying to use the REQUEST DATA in the URL field. I would like to pull in either the name of the website or the url. Not sure how to do that. Can you help please?

Sorry for the late reply!

If you want to use de $_REQUEST data you need to add a "?name=value" in the URL.
Instead you can also use Collection Data and select the Page URL. That way the URL will be loaded.
