Results page: Advanced - Customize Results - Number of Results not working

I am being proactive every month and deleting some of the results for certain forms to help keep it from running out of memory over the month after month accumulation of records. To simplify the purging or culling process, I sort by submission date to get the previous month’s submissions and start deleting them in groups but I can’t seem to setup the “Advanced” setting to load 25, 50 or 100 on the screen.
