Undefined File Upload Error

Permalink Browser Info Environment
The upload file field doesn't work. Attached is what I see when I try to either drop or select a file to be uploaded.

Using Concrete 5.8.2.1, with the latest package version (1.0.7).

I've also made sure all the necessary file types are supported.

Could you try something for me?!
Please locate the file /packages/formidable_full/controllers/dialog/formidable.php
Go to line 69:
echo Json::encode($r);

change to
echo Json::encode($r);
exit();

Save and exit (or upload) and see if it works!

Best,

Corretje
