Questions side by side And field labels inside text fields or text areas

Hi - I am looking at purchasing your add-on because I need to create a form where I can put questions side by side, to save room, and also it will wrap up around in the desktop view but wrap down in the responsive views/mobile--can this add-on do that?

Thank you very much for the response.
Hi Corretje -
I have just 2 more questions please. I am using the Fundamental theme in 5.7. I am unsure if Bootstrap or Foundation, or something else but it is responsive. 1) Do you know if this theme can support your form add-on and what I want to do? 2) I see that the write up says, all submission will be logged and saved in C5 dashboard. Does that mean the submission (in my case an application) wont/can't be send to me in email, like the core form block? Thank for your help

Hi,
The Fundamental theme uses the foundation framework (http://foundation.zurb.com/).
There is currently no template for that framework.
But the default template (view) is bases on bootstrap and it's not that different then foundation. You just need to change some classnames in the template. I did see that the guys who created the Fundamental theme also give support on such issues. Maybe you can ask them for help and create a template for Formidable in foundation.
The form submission are saved in the database, always. And if you want you can send an email also.
Best,
Corretje

It all depends on the framework you are creating your theme with.
The basic view of formidable is build in bootstrap and works just the way you are describing. But you need to use bootstrap for it.
If you are using another framework, you need to create a new template (view) for Formidable.
Best,
