Dependency on timefields not working

First of all: This Form is absolutely gorgeous! I cannot stretch this enough - having an idea of how much (brain)work this takes...wow! So powerful and yet so elegant and smooth and logic.

There is a problem I have with timefields, the appear althoug they should not according to their dependency. Please check this short movie:
