Add fields menu doesn't work

The "+ add Fields" menu doesn't work. I can't add field. Have you a solution?

Hi,
I have C5 8.2.1 and formify 2.6.4.1 running on a wampserver and it works fine. I cant see anything in your environment info that would account for the behaviour on your site. You have C5 in french but I cannot see that making any difference.
Have you tried uninstalling, clearing your c5 cache and re-installing fromify?

Yeah, it looks like your probably hitting some sort of JavaScript error. If you can post the output of the JavaScript error panel or PM me login details for your site, I'll be glad to take a look.

Did you resolve this issue? I had a similar issue. I upgraded my php and it worked just fine.
