Attachment, file not in fileset and no link to download in notification

Permalink Browser Info Environment
Hi there,

I've been using Formify for a few months now and I can't make the attachments work. It simply won't upload the file and won't provide a link to the file in the email notification either.

Anyone can help?

Many thanks,

Clem

Hi,
I have no issues with the attachment field uploading a file and appearing in notifications using formify 2.6.1.2 (see attached image) and concrete 5.7.1.13. The issue with the file being placed in a specific file set was addressed in any earlier support request and for some reasons it does not appear to be functional right now. I think it may work in concrete 5.8.1 but I have not tested it on that version.
BTW you have not posted your full environment info. That is always helpful.
Best
Phil

Hi Phil,

Well, our agency found out that it works fine with one attachment but not multiples in one form.
I don't know if it can help figuring what the problem is :)

Thanks!

Hello, i have the same problem. I use concrete5 Version 8.1.0 and formify in Version 2.6.1. There are any solutions?
I am looking forward to your feedback. Thanks and best regards

I still have the problem. The assignment to a fileset does not work with version 2.6.2.2 either. Is there a solution or does someone know the cause?

I have this problem with the chosen fileset being ignored. I am running 8.2.1 and Formify 2.6.5.

Formify version 2.6.5.2 has fixed file upload to set issue.
