Can someone please help me?

I have a magic mode form on my site. The forms data is submitted to the Formify form url, for examplewww.www.mysite.com//formify/go/form{{ID}}...

The issue I am having is this url is being found by search engine crawlers and me and my team are being sent blank emails.

I have put a disallow on the Formify folder in the robots text but its still getting found.

Any ideas?
