Can get visibility rules working correctly.

I'm building out a new form for a client and can't get the visibility rules on the fields to work correctly. For example I have a field of three states in the United States. Based on the users selection, I want to show energy service providers in that state. The energy service providers in that state has about 5 different ID types that the user needs to input.

Every time I try to add a visibility rule to hide a field and only show it based on the user selection it never works as intended. What am I doing wrong??

Hi,
I am not sure I understand what you want to achieve precisely but if you look at 2 attached graphics in the first one I have 3 states listed, if a user checks the first box (nevada), 5 other options appear (set by visibility rules). Is this the type of thing you want to achieve?

Sorry for such a late reply. I got the visibility setting working correctly. Just needed to get the programming correct. My original post was a little unclear.
