Formatting of Search and Filters

I think Formify is a fantastic Add-on, however i am having a small problem.
The formatting of the Search and Filter facility at the top of the Formify View block is not good.
I anticipated a custom template to correct this but there are none.

The developer has not added any custom templates. The user search/sort features don't arrange well in the basic elemental c5 theme. They look much better in other themes I have used.
