Product Field

Permalink Browser Info Environment
I'm trying to duplicate a payment form and trying to figure out the best way to do it with Formify. The previous form had select boxes with different pricing options (see screenshot). Is there a way to do something like this in Formify? I know I can add a product field that gives a text field, but I wasn't sure if there were other options that would also add to the total? I wasn't seeing a way to obviously do that.

The developer support is very slow these days. I don't think there is anyway in formify to duplicate the form in the way you had before. You have just the single product field that you would have to have multiple times as a list. Not as elegant as your drop down selection for multiple products
