rules not working

Any news on when the rules / conditions are going to work? This is already listed as a feature for so long now, but it still doesn't work.

When having a form with let's say 10 fields. And there are 50 pages where you need the form. But on each page you need to have one of those 10 fields to have a different value.
For now you need to make 50 (!!) separate forms in this case, because a form is called from the dashboard and not editable on a page-base as the core form. Also there is no possibility to copy forms in the dashboard, making this a case for adding 50x10 fields + there values...
i'm so desperatly waiting for the rules to function!
