Displayed Date format

Should you wish to alter the date format from US to European this can be done by adding the following line to config/site.php

define('FORMIGO_EUROPEAN_DATE', TRUE);

Change the Template

To change the view to the 'Tabular' template you simply click on the block (once added to a page) and then select 'Custom Template' from the options. You can then select 'Table' from the drop down menu.
