Stumped by RSS feed error

Permalink Browser Info Environment
I have used this package before without a problem. Just tried to integrate it on a new site and got an error message that's confusing. No question it's something I've done ... I just can't see it.

If I used this suffix on the URL I get the error message below:
/feeds/posts/default
This suffix returns a different error: /feeds/posts/default?alt=rss
If I don't use any suffix, it can't find the feed.

Suggestions?

Which social feed are you trying to pull. Could you send us the options you set the block up with so we can try to recreate? Please send as PM.
