Photo Order and size issues

Permalink Browser Info Environment
I posted this question as a general discussion issue, but haven't received any feedback.
2 issues:
You are given the option of arranging the photos in a particular order, but every time I arrange them, they get scrambled again once I hit SAVE and leave editing mode.
The pictures are themselves are overlapping the thumbnails for some reason when large images and, I believe, vertical. How do I fix this?
Thanks!
