Update to 2.1 - what did you update?

Permalink Browser Info Environment
Hi emerii
I made the grave mistake of not backing up my databease before updating your add-on to version 2.1. I am having problems with a page that I was able to edit 2 days ago. (I have enclosed a jpg of the error message I get)
My question - did you do anything in the update that addresses the database?
I simply want to eliminate your add-on as a source of my problem.
Thanks!

Oh no!

I did not add or remove anything in the DB, I just re-purposed a field.

It looks like to me that it is related to the C5 permissions, did you perhaps edit that page's permission lately? Maybe try updating the permissions on that page again?

Do you have advanced permissions turned on too?

If editing the permissions doesn't work, maybe recreate the page...

I would also consider submitting a bug report to C5 to see if they could help you out if all else fails, or you keep running into it.

Hi emerii
Sorry to bother you. I will check the permissions, and as the page uses a custom page template and page type, I will try recreating those.
If that doesn't work, I will submit the bug report.
Thanks for your suggestions and support.

This had absolutely nothing to do with your update, and nothing to do with permissions (I think).

I found other people had this problem, and solved it by creating a new Page Type, and transferring problem pages to the new page type.
Go figure. Arrggh
I submitted this as a bug.
