Error When adding Tags

I installed your Gallery and it installed fine. I was able to create a gallery on the desired page. Here's the issue: I was in file manager creating tags for all the image that I want to use in your cool gallery, the error popped up when i went to the page that had the active gallery, see the attached image for the error message.

Thanks for taking the time to look at this :) In awnser to your question "did i upgrade from a previous version?" No this is a fresh install, the add on worked great until I went into file manager and added the tags.
I tried to clear the cache and that hasn't helped the issue :(
The only think i can think of and I don't think it would be related, when i installed concrete certain files and folders need to be writable i.e. 777 or 775, i have those set to 775 but like i say it's more than likely unrelated.
I can recreate the page i suppose, it just means I'm gonna have to rewrite some content (silly me forgot to copy and save lol).

I tried adding a new page and as soon as I added Easy Grid Gallery i got the same error. If this can't be resolved could I have a refund please?
Additional: Now i cant delete the package as this also throws an error:
"An exception occurred while executing 'DELETE FROM AttributeKeys WHERE akID = ?' with params [40]: SQLSTATE[23000]: Integrity constraint violation: 1451 Cannot delete or update a parent row: a foreign key constraint fails (`phelimmcgee_acrp`.`atEmptySettings`, CONSTRAINT `FK_ED1BF189B6561A7E` FOREIGN KEY (`akID`) REFERENCES `AttributeKeys` (`akID`))"

Yes, you can.
I got this working thanks to another user, now the thumbnails won't show up but when i click on them i see the full image.
Additional I can't see Tag menu / categories above the gallery either. I'm going to try and remove the block from the page, clear cache and re-add it see if that does it, I will post back shortly.

I tried:
Removing the Gallery block from the page, Clearing the Cache and re-adding the block. Unless I can get a resolution to the fact that no tags or showing up and only 6 thumbnails or showing I really need to remove this add on and get one that works for the client.

Do you have any error on console?
Another suggestion would be to uninstall other gallery you have on your site, it may have conflict with this one.
Also you can provide me your site credential so i can check whats wrong.
And you can always ask for refund if you are not satisfied with this one.

No I don't have any other gallery available, there is no error present for this issue that i know... maybe it logs elsewhere?

You are posting on the wrong place! The gallery you are using is from another developer, Ours is "Grid Gallery 2" which you didn't purchase and use.

I couldn't re-create the error on fresh 8.2 version, did you upgrade from an older version to 8.2? if so plz clear the cache and see if it resolve the issue. It seems some field names changed in 8.2 that cause this issue.
