With this add-on, you can seamlessly integrate GroupDocs’ document annotation .NET (C#/VB.NET) library into concrete5 CMS. The library adds HTML5-based annotation functionality to your website. Once installed, you will be able to embed over 50 types of documents and images along with the annotation UI into any page within your website. Supported file formats include:
1. Customizable Annotation UI. The GroupDocs.Annotation for .NET library comes with a web UI which you can embed into any web-page within your website. The UI allows you or your website visitors to upload, view, annotate, share, print and save annotated documents. It provides 14+ annotation tools, including:
The annotation web UI is optimized to make it easy to navigate and collaborate on documents from a web-browser. In particular, users can turn document pages like slides with the click of a button, preview and navigate them with thumbnails, jump between annotations throughout the document to quickly spot all added comments and markup, zoom in/out of a document, etc.
The UI is also fully-customizable. You can tweak its functionality and fit its look to your website by using your own CSS.
2. Cross-Browser Compatibility. GroupDocs.Annotation works with all common web-browsers, including IE8+, FireFox, Chrome, Opera, Safari5+ and their mobile versions. Documents can be viewed and annotated without having to install any plugins.
3. Support for Native Word & PDF Annotations. Annotations placed online on a Word or PDF document via GroupDocs.Annotation can then be exported to native Word or PDF annotations respectively in the output file for further offline editing. Likewise, PDF documents with annotations can be uploaded to GroupDocs.Annotation for further online review/annotation on your website.
4. Real-Time Annotation. GroupDocs.Annotation for .NET library allows several users to review/annotate the same document or image simultaneously. This provides a great online document collaboration experience, as everyone can see each others’ comments and markup in real time.
Please note: this add-on requires the GroupDocs.Annotation for .NET (C#/VB.NET) library to be installed on your server first. A free evaluation copy of the library can be downloaded from the GroupDocs website.
