We've started using this on a large site to capture the submission page for several global forms.

It's already clear to see the value that this additional information brings to the enquiries.

I'm planning to also use this AddOn to try a 'honey pot' as an alternative to Google Recaptcha (which causes lots of additional code to download).

Great addon. Needed a way to figured out what page a form was submitted from dynamically. Heard about this add on from the Slack forms and worked out perfect for my user case. Keep up the good work.
