Problem to view my images

Permalink Browser Info Environment
Hi,
I bought this block and installed it successfully.

My problem is that after adding the block in a page, I add 2 pictures to test and when I'm coming out of the block (with Apply)
I get the visual of an empty block. But when I click on it to edit it, I see again the pictures I added...

Do we have to install something else than the block itself?

I'm running on C5 version 5.4.0.5.

Thanks for your help, it would be really appreciated.

Maybe it's a cache problem. Try to change the C5 caching.

Let me know!

Unfortunately, I cleared the cache and it didn't change anything... :( I get the exact same result.

I also tried in another site running on 5.3.2 and it is worst. When the block is copied and I click on Add functionality to install it, the dashboard page is completely white so I can't install the block. When I erase it from the blocks folder I get back the C5 page normally.
There is really something wrong and I find it deceiving I paid 20$...

Any help would really be appreciated.
Thanks!

Could you please enable the development mode in C5 and copy the error to this discussion?

Thank you

Please check the path of the file.
Is it correct and can you find the file with a FTP-client?

You can also try to manual downlaod the addon and install it manually.

If that doesn't work you should check the stylesheet of your theme. Maybe the addon overrides some of your classes or id's. This could cause a lot of weird problems.

Hope you find the problem!
