Thumbnail size not working

My thumbnail size is not setting correctly. It is staying the same size as the original picture. Any ideas?

Good to see the support for this. I'm asking for my money back. One thing I can not handle is really bad Support.

As soon as you get it fixed let me know and I will be more then happy to consider it again.
