This is not an error I have seen before. Can I please get access to your site so I can check to see what is going on? It would be super helpful to get C5 admin access as well as FTP or SSH access.

I would be happy to try to help with this, as previously asked can I please get access to your site so I can check to see what is going on?

I need C5 admin access as well as FTP or SSH access.

I have a clean C5 site running C5 8.3.2, PHP 7.1, and the latest 1.1.1 of Hutman Ads as you stated you are using and everything is working fine. So I am unable to replicate this issue.

Hello, we got your information, thank you for providing that. Unfortunately while we were trying to add a new index to the Hutman_AdClicks on the click_date field we were given the error "SQLSTATE[HY000] [1040] Too many connections". We had 2 connections to the server so I am not sure who/what else is using this server right now but we are unable to add that index to speed up the Stats query.

We will wait and hour and see if the site comes back up, if it does not we will wait until we hear from you to proceed trying to make that change.

Also, I found that if you continue to wait for the Stats page it does load, it is just very slow. I believe this is because the query we are running was on un-indexed fields.

Is there any other way to add it like from database, or you can guide me what needs to be done and I can give it a try

After another try I was able to add the indexes by running these queries:

CREATE INDEX click_date ON Hutman_AdClicks(click_date);
CREATE INDEX idx_display_date ON Hutman_AdDisplays(display_date);

I also changed out our query for a better optimized one and the stats are loading significantly faster. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, the next release will address this issue.

I am also seeing this problem. Any ideas on what to try?
for the heck of it I ran the 2 SQL statements you posted and it returned empty - no results.

When I click on "view Stats" it just times out.

I am using V1.1.2 of your app
