This is the version 3 reCAPTCHA provided by Google. It protects you against spam and other types of automated abuse.
If you require to use version 2, use ExchangeCore reCAPTCHA
To start using reCAPTCHA, you need to sign up for an API key pair for your site. The key pair consists of a site key and secret key.
The site key is used to invoke reCAPTCHA service on your site.
The secret key authorises communication between your application backend and the reCAPTCHA server to verify the user's response. The secret key needs to be kept safe for security purposes.
Choose the client side integration: reCAPTCHA v3
The difference with reCAPTCHA v3 is it now returns a score between 0.0 and 1.0, based on Google’s assessment on how “botlike” this traffic is. In this addon you can control what score you allow pass the filter. Google recommends you set the score to 0.5, however if you want to adjust, I have setup some logging to help you set your own score threshold.
