Error whille trying to install the add on

I am trying to install this add-on as i purchased it now but i am unable to install it completely because throws an error .

when i refresh the add on is installed but when i try to create new directory it gives an error

I have attached the error images below

Hi mohamedkhalid,

We've tried installing our add-on on a few other Concrete5 versions and the installation was successful. We were also able to add a new directory.

The versions that we've tested include 5.7.5.2, 5.7.5.3, 5.7.5.7.

Can you please try the following suggestions:

1) Uninstall and reinstall InDirectory and see if that works.
2) If that doesn't work, our suggestion is to upgrade your Concrete5 version. Please do a backup of your code and database before upgrading. You can try upgrading to one of the versions listed above.

I have tried reinstalling the plugin but no luck . My Concrete version is 5.7.5.2 and i have done lot of changes that would not support the update , so i will not be able to update the concrete version .

There must be a solution for this , have never faced any such issue while installing other plugins . It would be very helpful if your team could find some feasible solution .

Hello,

After further review, it looks like on installation that you are hitting a max length for your row.

With that in mind, we have a couple additional debugging questions:

1) Have you in any way altered the tables for collection attributes?
2) Have you added a lot of custom page attributes (either by module or manually)?
3) Do you have access to alter your current mysql settings?

Let us know if you have any additional insight that will help us troubleshoot this issue that is relative to your environment.

We have already tried the solution given in the following link it does not work , i really wanted to add this feature in my CMS but unfortunately it is not working,we are waiting for some solution from your team .
