Display Issue with jQuery 2.2.2

Permalink Browser Info Environment
I just updated from an older version. I deleted the blocks and recreated them to make sure I have all updated info. I am running on Windows 7, 64bit.

On I.E. 9:
a) No matter what color the backgroun is, i always get that black border around the gallery, I have borders off, etc. I want no board, just image...

b) 'Display Thumbnails' and 'Crop The Thumbnails' are both checked "No thank you please", but the space below the gallery is still there in the black boarder but the tumbs are turned off.

Chrome latest version:
The arrow on the right side of the gallery is pushed so far right, it is not visible

Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Hi Seb,

Thank you for your reply. Great product overall, so...

To view jQuery, navigate to my website,http://www.openatelier.com and click "Portfolio" > "Commercial" good example. But all links under Portfolio use jQuery. No other pages use it. I forgot to mention this, sorry.

The right arrow issue seems to work ok now, maybe a refresh issue, I am using Dell Precision 4500 laptop, graphics card Quadra FX 1800M. On our other computers it seems ok too. (I do not have Mac to test)

On all our Windows 64bit OS, 32bit & 64bit Explorer 9, background remains black on all our computers. Make sure to click on Portfolio.

One suggestion for those of us who wish to create a 'white' or 'clear' background for the arrows, if they have a slight 'grey' to them, they could show up when the background on the edges are white. Is it possible to choose a color for the arrows? just a thought.

Thank you again,
Anthony

Seb,

Still problem i IE9, 64bit, all background black, even when i change colors in preferences. Also, images not full size.

The images are always cropped to less than what I have established in the width and height box for the image. In this case, I have set 800width x 300height. The box retains a black boarder in IE, and white in other browsers, the image is reduced by a few pixels on both sides and top, and by a thumbnail height below, no matter what. I have designed our web site so that the image is flush in line with the navigation above and text below, but this won't work the way it is now. The earlier version I just upgraded from did not do this, it did generate a full bleed of 800x300 all around. I want to turn off thumbs and just have a full image with 'no' border or background showing.

Also, how do I get rid of that little i on the top left hand corner, as a designer, I prefer clean images, no one cares about that info, how can I turn that off.

Otherwise, Thank you again for your great product.

Anthony
