Fatal error: Theme CSS could not load

Just installed this add-on to my site and this error comes and goes at random.
The error is: "Fatal error: Theme CSS could not load"
It occurs in I.E. FireFox, Chrome and my cell-phone browser
FYI I tried multiple themes... problem exists in them all.
The JavaScript console shows:
Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected token ", " (index.php 123)
Any ideas?
