Unable to view gallery: no image or thumbnailes

Hi,

I purchased you add-on today and installed it. Very basic settings. As you can see from the following two pages nothing is showing for me. I've seen other sites using it - not sure where to go from here.

I should mention that I have installed Concrete5 in a subdirectory off of root as I front end with another format.

the instalation of concrete5 is in the folder "thework" under the root of the site
